At NLSC, our singular goal is to build a program that athletes and parents both want to be a part of year-after-year.

At NLSC, we focus on team development, education, and instilling a love of the game in every player. We believe players that understand the game (especially in youth), provides a much larger benefit than focusing on individual skill. They’ll be more comfortable on the pitch, able to play with direction, and be more prepared as they move up to 11 v 11. Our players will develop the technical abilities necessary to play in a system and possess the ball.

Our coaches are committed to providing a positive training environment to foster self-motivation. We understand players that who want to improve for the team, will experience greater development than a player who wants to improve for somebody else. Self-motivation is key to unlocking a player’s full potential.
Club values
Team Development - Every team member is equally important. The person who scores the goal is simply the last player to touch the ball.
Self-Motivation - We believe the best players draw motivation from themselves, and we structure practice to develop their ability to do so.
Flexibility - We encourage players to participate in multiple sports. This develops a well-rounded player and person.
Player bonding - Our girls play for each other, and the name on the front of the jersey, not the one on the back.
